Welcome to the Harper Chamber of Commerce
We have had to make some changes recently to deal with the economy.
It was costing us around 750 dollars per year to keep the phone on and we simply could no longer afford to do so.
Around July I made the decision that perhaps we should just let the Chamber of Commerce go after discussing it with some of the previous volunteers that I trusted for their knowledge of Harper.
And I almost did let it die, but the more I think about it, the people who need the chamber are the people not living here that want to know more about our town and its businesses and organizations.
So I decided to do what I could to keep it going and as of today, if you need to call the chamber, you can reach me on my personal phone at (830 864-4726.
If you would like to have an event or news update for the general public, you can bring it to me at 171 Palmer Ave (see map) or you can email it to me at vbiersch@ktc.com and I will get it posted out here for everybody to see and I hope that you will take advantage of this free service because your business or organization’s livelihood depends on a steady stream of new customers.

I have tried to list all of the businesses and organizations that I could find in the phone book, along with their phone number on the right hand side under the various categories.
I am not aware of who has a website and who doesn’t, but if you have a website and will send me the link or call me, I will fix it so that when a potential client clicks it will take them directly to your website.
If you do not have a website and aren’t interested in having one, but you would like to have a pamphlet of sorts or a menu for your potential clients, bring it to me and I will find a way to put it out here for your clients to see.
If I can do anything to help promote your business or organization, please let me know what I can do to help you and I will see if there is some way to accomplish it.
